Job Description

Lead Group Healthcare are seeking a Facility Manager for a leading Residential Aged Care Facility located in Adelaide SA.

Situated in an easily commutable location, this is a highly supported environment that includes 3 experienced Clinical Managers, AN-ACC support, Quality and Education Manager, Rostering Officers plus 24 hour Registered Nurses and Care team PLUS Regional Support team.

The successful candidate will have strong operational management skills with the ability to lead a team and provide oversight to the facilities daily running and ongoing success, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and providing steady oversight on operational governance.

Role Requirements
  • Full time Australian working rights
  • Previous Management & Leadership experience in Health or Aged Care
  • AHPRA Registration desirable but not essential
