Job Description

Lead Group Healthcare are seeking a Facility Manager for a medium sized NFP Residential Aged Care Facility located in Perth Local to Girrawheen.

This values driven not organisation offers a highly supported environment that includes an experienced Clinical Manager, AN-ACC support, 24-hour Registered Nurses and Care team, reporting in to a Senior Regional Manager.

The successful candidate will have strong operational management skills with the ability to lead a team and provide oversight to the facilities daily running and ongoing success, creating an environment where staff love to work and residents love to live!

Role Requirements
  • Full time Australian working rights
  • Previous Management / Leadership experience
  • AHPRA Registration Desirable 
  • Strong communication skills with ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent industry knowledge with ability to provide oversight on clinical governance
