Job Description

Lead Group Healthcare are seeking a Facility Manager for a medium sized Residential Aged Care Facility located in Sydney, local to Hornsby.

Situated in an easily commutable location, this is a highly supported environment that includes 2 experienced Clinical Managers, AN-ACC support, Education Support plus 24 hour Registered Nurses and Care team.

The successful candidate will have strong operational management skills with the ability to lead a team and provide oversight to the facilities daily running and ongoing success, creating an environment where staff love to work and residents love to live!

Role Requirements
  • Full time Australian working rights
  • Previous Management / Leadership experience in Health / Aged Care
  • AHPRA Registration desirable but not essential
  • Strong communication skills with ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders
