Lead Group are seeking an experienced Chef OR Cook for a small, Residential Aged Care Facility a short drive from Mackay QLD.
 
Showcasing your leadership skills, you will manage a team of staff and run a kitchen. You will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of quality food to residents within the facility, ensuring high standards in food preparation and presentation, efficient and timely food delivery, and cleanliness of the kitchen.

Role requirements:

• Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (desirable but not essential)
• Current Police Check (or willingness to apply for one)
• 3 Covid Vaccinations and current flu vaccine
• Strong knowledge of WHS, food safety and infection control
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong time management abilities
• Creative and innovative culinary skills
• Previous Aged Care experience (desirable but not essential)
