The Opportunity
A new position is available for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of end to end delivery across a diverse portfolio of projects. You will manage projects from early planning and design coordination through to construction delivery, handover and completion. This position suits someone who enjoys responsibility, variety and the chance to work on technically interesting projects that add value to communities.

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle from planning and design through to handover
- Lead consultant and contractor coordination across all phases
- Drive cost, program, risk and quality outcomes
- Maintain clear reporting, forecasting and project documentation
- Work closely with internal teams including construction, design and finance
- Build strong relationships with consultants, authorities and external stakeholders

You will bring
- 5 to 15 years of project management experience
- Experience in residential, mixed use, commercial, industrial or data centre projects
- Strong understanding of design processes, construction methodology and stakeholder management
- Confidence managing multiple workstreams and delivering clear reporting
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work with senior stakeholders
