The Role
Lead Group are seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator for a highly regarded Residential Aged Care Facility located locally to Taree NSW

This is a medium sized facility that provides a fantastic support system including a Clinical Facility Manager, Clinical Manager, Second Clinical Coordinator, Quality and Education Officers and 24/7 Registered Nurses and Care staff.

The role will be offering training and progression programs and outstanding progression opportunities if desired, as well as an industry leading salary package.

Relocation assistance can also be provided to the successful candidate!

Role Requirements

• Full time Australian working rights
• AHPRA Registration
• 3 years + clinical experience – Aged Care experience desirable
• Leadership capabilities with strong communication skill
