The Role
Lead Group are seeking a Clinical Leader for a lovely, homely Residential Aged Care Facility located locally in the Toogoolawah Region of QLD!

This is a small to medium sized Not for Profit facility that provides a fantastic support system including a Clinical Facility Manager, roving Quality and Education manager and 24/7 Registered Nurses and Care staff.

Ongoing training and progression routes to Facility Management, Quality Management or Clinical Educator.

Relocation assistance can be provided to the successful candidate!

Role Requirements

• Full time Australian working rights
• AHPRA Registration
• 3 years + clinical experience – Aged Care experience desirable
• Leadership capabilities with strong communication skill
