Lead Group are seeking a Clinical Leader for a beautiful Residential Aged Care Facility located in the Kilburn location of Adelaide. 

Located in an easily commutable location, this is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a highly efficient and supportive team environment within this medium/Large sized facility.

Internal structure includes second clinical care manager Quality and Education Partner, Rostering officers, AN-ACC Support, 24x hour RNs and Care team and more.
  
In this role you will be responsible for staff leadership, infection control, supporting Facility Manager in operational leadership, documentation control and oversight of person-first care.

Role Requirements

• Full time Australian working rights
• AHPRA Registration
• 4 years + clinical experience – Aged Care experience desirable
