Internal structure includes Quality and Education Partner, Rostering officers, AN-ACC Support, 24x hour RNs and Care team and more.
  
In this role you will be responsible for staff leadership, infection control, supporting Facility Manager in operational leadership, documentation control and oversight of person-first care.

Role Requirements

• Full time Australian working rights
• AHPRA Registration
• 4 years + clinical experience – Aged Care experience desirable
• Leadership capabilities with strong communication skills
