The Role
Lead Group are seeking a Clinical Leader for a beautifully modern (but very homely!) Residential Aged Care Facility located locally to Preston!

This is a medium sized facility that provides a fantastic support system including a Residential Manager, Quality and Education team, ANACC support, leisure and lifestyle and 24/7 Registered Nurses and Care staff.
The facility has a highly positive culture with excellent feedback from recent staffing surveys.

The role itself will offer fantastic progression opportunities if desired, where you will have ongoing training and progression routes to Facility Management, Quality Management or Clinical Educator.

Role Requirements

• Full time Australian working rights
• AHPRA Registration
• 5+ years clinical experience – Aged Care experience highly desirable
• Leadership capabilities with strong communication skills
