Job Description

We’re looking for two full-time Customer Service Officers to join a close-knit and collaborative team based out of Pendle Hill, NSW.

In this role, you will create a lasting positive impression with customers and turning any and all interactions into satisfying experiences.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling inbound phone and email enquiries. 
  • Providing quotes and product information on custom-made medical devices.
  • Processing purchase and sales orders.
  • Following up missing information via outbound calls. Supporting patients directly, including payment coordination over the phone.
  • Translating clinical forms and patient measurements into product codes and orders. 
  • Maintain customer records using company CRM (Salesforce).
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to solve customer issues as quickly and as efficiently as possible.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and multitask
  • A natural problem solver with empathy and care
  • 2–5 years’ experience in a customer service or support role, (ideally within healthcare, medical, but not required) 
  • A passion to make an impact in patient's lives.
