Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Officer for a Medical Device company based out of Melbourne, a couple of kilometers east of the CBD.
The ideal candidate will have previous Customer Service experience, in the healthcare industry or are open to learn about this.

The ideal candidate will have previous Customer Service experience, in the healthcare industry or are open to learn about this.
Responsibilities:
- Inbound customer service activities like process customer incoming orders in company ERP system, assist customers with requests for quotes, ETAs and stock availability.
- Product returns handled according to company procedures. Communicate any delivery issues and delays to customers.
- Respond to health care professionals and sales team requests via phone, email or in person in a timely and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls, promptly and professionally, ensuring customers receive the highest level of customer service.
- Outbound customer service activities including supporting with customer follow ups as required.
- Provide back-fill support to the Mail Room when required with picking and packing discharge kits and/or samples.
- Learn and proactively pursue ongoing learning on all the company products in order to effectively upsell and/or meet the needs of the team.
- 3 years+ experience in a Customer Service role is preferred, ideally in the healthcare industry (or willing to learn about the industry).
- Passionate about the customer experience and achieving customer satisfaction.
- Ability to be a team player and work in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
- Results driven, tenacious and with good attention to detail.
- Excited to be proactive and advance the company's outbound call capability.
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office and familiarity with using ERP and CRM systems.
