Job Description
Lead group is currently seeking an experienced Data Technician. In this role, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including installation, commissioning, field repairs, and maintenance. You'll provide technical support to our customers, both independently and as part of a team.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Install conduits, ladders, and containment systems.
- Install and terminate power, control, and data cabling.
- Conduct testing and fault finding activities.
- Install structured cabling, including fiber and copper systems.
- Perform fiber and copper testing.
- Demonstrate understanding of AC and DC power systems.
- Hold a current driver's license and be willing to travel as required.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of AC and DC power systems.
- ACMA Open Cable Registration and endorsements (preferred).
- Previous experience in fiber and copper installation, testing, and fault finding (preferred).
- Commitment to workplace OH&S practices.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to obtain or already possess a National Police Clearance Certificate.
- Construction Induction Card (White Card).
While not required, the following qualifications and experiences are beneficial:
- Previous work experience in Data Centers.
- Strong understanding of computers and basic operating systems.
