The Role:
- Originate and execute complex debt and capital advisory mandates across a diverse portfolio: listed companies, private groups, government, infrastructure, and real estate.
- Provide clients with strategic financing advice, including structuring solutions, credit ratings guidance, and capital raising strategy.
- Lead financial analysis and scenario modelling to evaluate funding options and drive decision-making.
- Create compelling pitch materials and client proposals; support business development initiatives and market outreach.
- Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory changes to ensure innovative, future-fit client solutions.
- 10+ years’ experience in Debt & Capital Advisory, Corporate Finance, or related fields
- Proven track record in originating, structuring, and executing complex transactions
- Deep understanding of local and global debt capital markets, funding structures, and financial instruments
- Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and with clients
- A self-starter with commercial acumen and a collaborative, team-first mindset
- Degree-qualified in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Mathematics; relevant post-grad credentials (CA, CFA, Masters in Finance) highly regarded
