We are looking for an experienced Electrical Leading Hand to oversee electrical fit-outs in commercial and school settings. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing projects, working alongside different trades to ensure timely and high-quality completion.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise electrical fit-out projects in commercial and school environments.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
• Take charge of project scheduling, resource allocation, and task delegation.
• Mentor and train apprentices to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Troubleshoot electrical problems and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Qualifications:

• Trade qualification in Electrical 
• Proven experience in electrical fit-outs for commercial projects.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Sound knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Valid NSW driver's license.
