We’re working with several leading solar and renewable-energy companies across Melbourne who are expanding their installation teams. With multiple positions available, these roles suit qualified electricians who can confidently manage solar and battery installations end-to-end — from site preparation and installation to testing, commissioning, and handover.

�� What You’ll Be Doing

• Running solar and battery jobs independently or as part of a small crew.
• Installing and commissioning grid-connected and hybrid solar systems.
• Overseeing apprentices or trade assistants as needed.
• Ensuring full compliance with AS/NZS 3000, SAA, and relevant electrical standards.
• Liaising with customers, site managers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

⚙️ What We’re Looking For

• A-Grade Electrical Licence QLD
• SAA Solar Accreditation – Design & Install (battery endorsement highly regarded)
• Experience managing installations end-to-end (residential or commercial solar)
• Current White Card, Working at Heights, LV Rescue & CPR
• Strong attention to detail, safety-first mindset, and pride in workmanship
• Valid driver’s licence – company vehicle provided
