Lead Group Healthcare are seeking a Residential Manager for a Medium Sized Residential Aged Care Facility located in Brisbanes Northern Suburbs – Local to Strathpine!

A steady and stable home, this is a rare opportunity to work for a highly regarded organisation where you will be supported by a great team that includes experienced Clinical Leaders, Quality & Education Partners, Registered Nurses and Care team.

The successful candidate will have strong Clinical & operational management skills with the ability to lead a team and provide oversight to the facilities daily running and ongoing success, creating an environment where staff love to work and residents love to live!

Role Requirements
