The Role

Lead Group Healthcare are seeking a Facility Manager for a medium sized Residential Aged Care Facility located in the Sydney Northern Beaches locally to Manly Vale!

Situated in an easily commutable location (with free onsite parking), this is a highly supported environment that includes experienced Clinical Leaders, onsite Quality and Education Support plus 24 hour Registered Nurses and Care team.
This is a steady home that is looking for its next strong leader to take the reins!

The successful candidate will have strong operational management skills with the ability to lead a team and provide oversight to the facilities daily running and ongoing success, creating an environment where staff love to work and residents love to live!

Relocation assistance can be provided to the successful candidate!

Role Requirements

• Full time Australian working rights
• Previous Management / Leadership experience (aged care / healthcare desirable)
• AHPRA Registration desirable but not essential
