An award-winning Tier 2 Construction Company is looking for a Finance Manager with a background in Construction to join their close-knit team.
Based in Sydney, this company as an excellent reputation in their industry of New Build Commercial and Multi-unit residential projects up to $50 million in Value.
This full time/long term position will suit someone who is a fully qualified finance manager.

The role

Responsibilities:
- Monthly & Annual financial reporting
- Cashflow forecasting
- Consolidated management accounts
- Project reporting
- Annual QBCC financial reporting & monitoring of financial ratios monthly
- Annual Income Tax return preparation for the group companies
- Key user for financial & project management system
- Management of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll
- Asset Purchase
- Liaise with financiers to obtain asset finance
- Reporting on financial liabilities
- Recording of interest on liabilities
- Bank Covenant reporting
- Update PPSR
- Preparation & lodgement of BAS, FBT, other reporting to ATO
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance or Accounting
- Private entity / company tax experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiar with procor
- Ability to engage effectively with internal / external stakeholders
- Exposure of managing Accounts payable, Accounts receivable and payroll teams
- Ability to embrace working in a close-knit team and a passion for the Construction industry
- Be a confident operator to make Financial improvements for the business
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of self-motivation
