As a well‑rounded finance professional, you will play a pivotal role in the monthly reporting cycle, ensuring financial compliance while supporting the company's statutory and regulatory obligations. This position is ideally suited to a mid‑level Financial Accountant who goes beyond execution to drive meaningful financial insight. You will take ownership of end‑to‑end month‑end processes, deliver high‑value financial analysis that informs business decisions, and play a critical role in strengthening audit, tax, and financial governance frameworks while driving ongoing process optimisation across the organisation.
  • Prepare accurate, timely and complete financial information, reconciliations and reporting, including internal and statutory reports
  • Contribute to improvement activities surrounding the financial management systems and processes as the business grows
  • Financial Accounting up to and including management reporting and commentary
  • Posting payroll, rebates, prepayments and accruals journals
  • All General Ledger Reconciliations for PFS and Australia
  • BAS preparation and submission
  • FBT preparation and submission completing all month end processes
  • Overseeing Accounts Receivable and managing the year end audit requirements
  • Settlement statement for franchise changeover
  • Weekly Cashflows Review Fixed Asset Register.
  • First point of contact for all Head Office finance queries
  • Ad-hoc administration and finance tasks when required.
  • Provide backup assistance for accounts receivable and financial accountant.
  • Back up for recharge process back up for processing monthly contract invoices.
  • Back up for OEM as needed general administrative duties as needed
  • Ad-hoc analysis as requested by Finance Manager / CFO
