We're working with a leading national building services organisation experiencing strong growth across HVAC, Fire, Electrical and integrated building solutions. Due to continued project demand, an experienced HVAC Project Manager is required to join the Melbourne team.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of complex mechanical projects, working closely with clients, and delivering high-quality outcomes across a diverse commercial portfolio.

About the Role
You will manage the full lifecycle of commercial HVAC projects from initial planning and mobilisation through to delivery and close-out. The focus is on ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a consistently high standard.
Project work includes:

• AHU upgrades
• Chiller replacements
• Cooling tower replacements
• End-of-life DX system replacements
• Commercial fit-outs and refurbishments
• Energy efficiency and building upgrade projects

You will be the central point of contact across clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth delivery at every stage. A key part of the role will also involve maintaining and building strong industry relationships to support ongoing business growth.
About You
You are an experienced HVAC Project Manager with a strong track record delivering commercial or industrial mechanical projects. You bring:

• Proven project management experience within HVAC or mechanical services
• Trade background or mechanical engineering qualification (highly regarded)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver outcomes
• Current driver's licence
