About the Role
Lead Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Technician to join our client's growing team. You'll work across commercial sites including offices, retail, and data centers, performing service, maintenance, and installations of HVAC systems. Key Responsibilities

• Service, repair and maintain commercial HVAC systems
• Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
• Installation and commissioning of split systems and ducted units
• Ensure compliance with WHS standards
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication

You'll Need

• Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (essential)
• White Card (Construction Induction)
• Minimum 2+ years' experience in commercial HVAC servicing or installations
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Australian Driver's Licence
