Our client is a highly regarded plaintiff personal injury firm seeking an experienced Medical Negligence Solicitor to join their growing team. You'll be supported by experienced practitioners while enjoying the independence to manage your own files and build lasting client relationships.

The Opportunity

You will:

• Manage a quality portfolio of plaintiff medical negligence matters from commencement through to resolution.
• Work closely with clients, counsel, medical experts and key stakeholders to achieve exceptional outcomes.
• Handle negotiations, mediations and settlements.
• Build trusted relationships with clients throughout their legal journey.
• Join a collaborative team that values initiative, professionalism and excellence.

About You

You will have:

• Experience practising in plaintiff medical negligence.
• Strong file management skills and the ability to manage matters independently.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• A proactive, organised and commercial approach to practice.
• A genuine passion for advocating for injured clients
