Clients turn to our award-winning team for advice in Insurance, Corporate & Commercial, Workplace Relations & Safety, Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Property and Health Law. The role

Join our high-performing General Insurance practice in Melbourne. You will:
  • Work across public and product liability matters, including personal injury and property damage claims
  • Manage complex disputes for major insurers and government bodies under the guidance of Principal Lawyers
  • Take carriage of your matters and contribute directly to their outcomes
  • Develop your advocacy, strategic advice and practice management skills through structured, one-on-one mentoring
You will deal with clients directly. You will see matters through from instruction to resolution. Your contribution will be visible.

What you bring
  • 3 to 6 years post admission experience in insurance litigation, ideally with a general liability background
  • A genuine interest in public liability work
  • Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills
  • Speed with precision and a high level of attention to detail
  • Initiative and autonomy, balanced with a collaborative approach
  • A strong work ethic and a commitment to developing your practice
