Job Description

Lead Group Healthcare are seeking a Part time Clinical Quality and Education Manager for a beautiful Residential Aged Care Facility located near Windsor Gardens - Adelaide. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly regarded, medium sized facility that provides a fantastic support system, working directly alongside a Facility Manager, Strong Clinical Managers, AN-ACC support, Regional Education Support plus 24-hour Registered Nurses and Care team.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the home with Accreditation, Quality oversight, clinical governance, compliance and staff education, working collaboratively with your team to ensure outstanding service provision.

Role Requirements
  • Full time Australian working rights
  • AHPRA Registration
  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment – desirable but not essential
  • 4 years + clinical experience – Aged Care experience desirable
  • Leadership capabilities with strong communication skills
