Lead Group Healthcare are seeking an aged care Facility Manager for a medium/Large sized Residential Aged Care Facility located in Darwin NT

Situated in an easily commutable location, this is a highly supported environment that includes experienced Clinical Managers, AN-ACC support, in house Quality Manager and Educator, Rostering and Admin team, plus 24 hour Registered Nurses and Care team.

The successful candidate will have strong operational management skills with the ability to lead a team and provide oversight to the facilities daily running and ongoing success, creating an environment where staff love to work and residents love to live!

Role Requirements

• Full time Australian working rights
