Lead Group are seeking a Residential Service Manager for a medium sized Residential Aged Care Facility located in the Beautiful Regional town of Wodonga.  

This is a highly supported environment offering long term progression opportunities, internal structure includes experienced Clinical Management, AN-ACC officer, Quality management, admin team, Education Support plus 24 hour Registered Nurses and Care staff.

The successful candidate will have strong operational management skills with the ability to lead a team and provide oversight to the facilities daily running and ongoing success and maintaining a stable and welcoming environment.

Role Requirements

• Full time Australian working rights
• Previous aged care Management / Leadership experience
• AHPRA Registration desirable but not essential
• Strong communication skills with ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent industry knowledge with ability to provide oversight on clinical governance.
