Your Impact & Responsibilities:
- Lead Daily Engagement Management: Oversee formal restructuring cases, managing trade-on activities, receipts, payments, and crucial stakeholder communications.
- Drive Advisory Solutions: Actively assist on advisory and informal engagements, including Liquidations, Administrations, Receiverships, Independent Business Reviews (IBRs) and complex turnaround strategies.
- Conduct In-Depth Analysis: Compile critical information, perform thorough investigations, draw insightful conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Build Client Trust: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, effectively promoting the firm's business restructuring services.
- Ensure Compliance & Accuracy: Maintain high-quality, accurate working papers and files, ensuring all investigation findings and contraventions are reported efficiently.
- Experience: 2-4 years of dedicated experience within restructuring and insolvency accounting.
- Education: Relevant Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or similar).
- Professional Designation: CA or CPA qualified is essential.
- Work Style: Adept at working both independently and as a proactive member of a team.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and convey complex information clearly.
