You will lead diverse and complex insolvency and restructuring engagements (formal appointments and advisory), guide clients through financial challenges, manage engagement teams, and drive optimal solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex engagements (insolvency & restructuring), developing strategies and managing the full lifecycle.
- Manage and mentor engagement teams, fostering their development.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, performance reviews, and outcome modelling.
- Manage day-to-day appointment tasks, stakeholder communications (clients, creditors etc.), and assist with advisory/turnaround projects.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Actively participate in business development initiatives.
- Stay current with industry trends and legislation.
- Experience: 4-7 years managing complex corporate insolvency/restructuring cases.
- Qualifications: CA (or equivalent) essential; relevant tertiary degree.
- Technical Acumen: Strong grasp of Corporations Act, insolvency principles, and commercial practices.
- Skills: Exceptional financial analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attributes: Meticulous attention to detail and strong client service focus.
