Job Description
Senior Manager, Deals
The Deals team provides corporate and private equity clients with quality, independent and objective M&A transaction advice. You will be primarily managing buy and sell side financial due diligence engagements, with the opportunity to work on other assignments across our Deals practice including, M&A lead advisory, valuations, financial modelling and purchase price accounting.
Responsibilities:
The Deals team provides corporate and private equity clients with quality, independent and objective M&A transaction advice. You will be primarily managing buy and sell side financial due diligence engagements, with the opportunity to work on other assignments across our Deals practice including, M&A lead advisory, valuations, financial modelling and purchase price accounting.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee buy and sell side projects, with a focus on financial due diligence reports and related services e.g. databooks, forecast models and review of deal contracts.
- Apply industry and market expertise to proactively address deal issues.
- Conduct and supervise financial and commercial analyses to inform key decisions and recommendations.
- Develop and design financial models and reporting protocols.
- Engage with crucial stakeholders, including clients, target management and investors.
- Mentor and foster the professional development of junior team members.
- CA qualified with at least 6 years’ experience, of which 3-4 years is focused experience in financial due diligence or Corporate Finance, preferably within a Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firm.
- Exemplary attention to detail and superior communication skills (written and verbal).
- Showcase outstanding presentation, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Possess commercial acumen with a strong team-oriented approach.
- Demonstrate a commitment to achieving positive client outcomes.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
