The role:

Our Aged Care division has reached an exciting phase in our growth and are now seeking an experienced Hospitality Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

The position involves managing the permanent / temp to perm recruitment of Hospitality positions within Residential Aged Care Facilities including but not limited to Chefs, Cooks and kitchen / front of house all-rounders.

We are looking for someone who preferably has experience in Hospitality / Aged Care / Healthcare recruitment who is keen to join a warm desk with an excellent industry reputation, but who holds the drive and ability to really make the desk your own.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years’ experience in Recruitment within Australia (Hospitality / Aged Care / Healthcare experience desirable but not essential)
  • Entrepreneurial and autonomously driven
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build ongoing client and candidate relationships
  • Someone who cares about their colleagues as much as themselves.
