The Company:
 
A renowned Australian-based global company, specializing in desalination and water recycling, is currently in search of a Service Technician based in Southern part of Brisbane. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of Water Treatment plants. Additionally, the Service Technician will serve as a site representative, effectively promoting the company's capabilities and services to clients and stakeholders.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out servicing and maintenance procedures on equipment such as RO, Ultrafiltration, Ultraviolet Disinfection and similar.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, implementing necessary repairs.
• Offer technical assistance and guidance to customers.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration with both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Generate comprehensive service reports and ensure accurate completion of required documentation.
• Weekend or Nightshift work as required.

Key Requirements:

• Mechanical, Electrical, Trade Qualified or Engineer.
• Hands-on experience working with RO, Ultraviolet Disinfection, Ultrafiltration, and similar equipment for water treatment.
• Commercial or industrial water treatment experience.
• Electrical License Advantageous.
• Demonstrate a strong technical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while efficiently managing workload.
• Flexibility to travel to regional areas, occasionally requiring overnight stays.
