We're seeking a Service Technician based in Sydney, NSW, responsible for operating and maintaining Water Treatment plants. As a site representative, you'll promote our services to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform servicing and maintenance on equipment like Reverse Osmosis, Ultrafiltration, and Ultraviolet Disinfection.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, completing necessary repairs.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers.
• Foster communication and collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Generate service reports and ensure accurate documentation.
• Be open to weekend or nightshift work as needed.

Key Requirements:

• Mechanical, Electrical, Trade Qualified, or Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with water treatment equipment like RO, Ultraviolet Disinfection, and Ultrafiltration.
• Commercial or industrial water treatment experience.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills focused on outstanding customer service.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing workload efficiently.
• Flexible to travel to regional areas occasionally, with overnight stays possible.
