We are seeking a skilled and reliable French Polisher to join a reputable furniture company in French Polisher. This is a full-time, long-term role with an immediate start for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality finishes.

About You:

• Highly competent in clear, tint, stain, high-gloss, polyurethane, hand-rubbed finishes
• Experienced working with veneers, solid timber, metals, and specialty finishes
• Skilled at matching colours, grains, and preparing high-end samples
• Able to run small batches and one-off custom pieces with consistent results
• Comfortable troubleshooting finish defects such as whitening, blooming, or adhesion issues
• Exceptional attention to detail and capable of Elan-level workmanship
• A self-motivated, reliable individual with a can-do attitude

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Select and mix the required coating liquids for various finishes
• Apply French polish and other finishes, including lacquer, paint, varnish, oil, or wax
• Repair furniture and select appropriate types and colours of wood stains
• Ensure consistent quality and attention to detail on all projects
• Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards and meet client expectations
