Solicitor / Associate – General Insurance

A highly regarded national law firm is seeking a Solicitor or Associate to join its established and growing Insurance Litigation team based in Sydney.
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with at least 1 year post-admission experience who is looking to further develop their expertise in insurance litigation within a supportive, collaborative, and well-resourced environment.

The Role You will work on a broad range of insurance litigation matters, including:

• Public liability
• Product liability
• Professional indemnity
• General insurance disputes

This role offers the opportunity to:

• Manage your own matters with appropriate supervision
• Work closely with insurer and corporate clients
• Develop litigation strategy and advisory skills
• Gain direct client exposure
• Receive strong mentoring from experienced senior practitioners

About You To be considered, you will have:

• Minimum 1 year post-admission experience in insurance litigation or general litigation
• Strong interest in insurance law
• Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Proactive mindset and strong work ethic
