The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor / Associate to join a highly regarded Professional Liability team in Brisbane.

Working closely with experienced Partners, you will gain exposure to complex, high-quality Employment Practices Liability (Employment Practices Liability, EPL) matters, acting for a diverse client base across multiple industries.

This role is ideal for a lawyer with employment law or professional indemnity experience who is looking to specialise and grow within a leading practice.

You will work as part of a high-performing Professional Liability team handling:
  • Employment Practices Liability (EPL) claims
  • Professional indemnity matters
  • D&O and management liability disputes
You will have the opportunity to:
  • Work directly with experienced Partners
  • Manage your own files with appropriate supervision
  • Develop specialist expertise in EPL
  • Engage with sophisticated insurer and corporate clients
About You

To be successful, you will bring:
  • Experience in employment law, professional indemnity or insurance litigation
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach
  • A genuine interest in developing within Professional Liability
