- Employment Practices Liability (EPL) claims
- Professional indemnity matters
- D&O and management liability disputes
- Work directly with experienced Partners
- Manage your own files with appropriate supervision
- Develop specialist expertise in EPL
- Engage with sophisticated insurer and corporate clients
To be successful, you will bring:
- Experience in employment law, professional indemnity or insurance litigation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, commercially minded approach
- A genuine interest in developing within Professional Liability
